All refinishing projects will have an odor. Anyone who’s painted a wall in their home knows that paint releases an odor as it dries. Since our coating is water and heat resistant the odor is stronger than the odor caused by latex paint. The good news is we use professional equipment to ventilate the room we’re working in to try and reduce the odor and control the overspray being created.

That is totally up to you we prefer that someone is there to sign the paperwork when we start and to look at the job and pay for it when we are done.
